When I first shot the real estate photography for the development’s marketing materials I loved the open spaces in these old buildings.

Coming back to photograph a few more of the completed units was a real eye opener. The spaces had transformed from the dusty, mid-renovation stage into fantastic urban loft apartments.
The brief for the shoot was to capture the spaces and the feel of the 1 bedroom and studio apartments.

I really enjoyed this shoot because I love the look and with a few minor tweaks, could see myself living in an apartment like this.
